摘 要:高压注汽管道长期在高温高压环境下服役,随着服役时间的增加,必然会发生材料老化现象。因此,为明确长时服役过程中高压注汽管道的组织和性能变化,以3种典型高压注汽管道材料(16Mn、13CrMo44、15CrMo)为研究对象,分别对未服役和长时服役后的管材进行显微组织观察和力学性能测试。结果表明:铁素体晶粒长大、珠光体球化、晶界上碳化物析出长大是高压注汽管道长时服役过程中微观组织演变的特征,同时也是材料在高温高压环境下力学性能下降的原因。With the accumulation of service time,aging of steam injection pipeline serviced at high pressure and high temperature environment will occur inevitably.In order to clarify the degradation of microstructure and mechanical properties of high-pressure steam injection pipeline during long-term service,three typical virgin and long-term serviced high-pressure steam injection pipeline materials,i.e.16Mn,13CrMo44 and 15CrMo were studied through microstructure observation and mechanical properties tests.The results show that,the ferrite grain growth,pearlite spherification,grain boundary carbide precipitation and growth occurred during long-term service of high pressure steam injection pipeline characterize the microstructure degradation and further cause the decrease of mechanical properties of materials under high temperature and high pressure.
