摘 要:应用表面激光打标机在密封环表面雕刻不同纹理,通过端面摩擦试验机对具有不同纹理、材料的摩擦副进行测试。从工况参数、纹理形状及材料等方面探寻摩擦副表面的磨损量、温升、摩擦系数和表面形貌的演变规律及其机理。对于端面无纹理配副:当转速为300 r/min时,摩擦系数达到最小,同时"硬对硬"组和"软对硬"组的温升幅度仅为转速250 r/min时的24.24%和21.48%;摩擦系数随着转速升高有明显变小的趋势;石墨环磨损量随着转速的增大先增加后减小;"硬对硬"组摩擦副在各工况下的磨损量小于"软对硬"组。对于单端面纹理配副:椭圆纹理运行最稳定,但是三角织构具有最小的摩擦系数、温升和磨损量。双端面组合纹理的摩擦磨损特性在单端面基础上能进一步提升。The surface laser marking machine was used to carve different textures on surface of the sealing ring,and the friction pairs with different textures and of various materials were tested with the end face friction experimental machine.Both evolution law and mechanism of wear loss,temperature rise,friction coefficient and surface morphology of the friction pair surface were explored from the multi-dimensional perspectives of working condition parameters,texture shape and materials.Regarding the end face without the texture pair,the friction coefficient reaches the minimum at 300 r/min,at the same time,the temperature rise of“Glass to Glass”group and“Soft to Hard”group is only 24.24%and 21.48%of that at 250 r/min.The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of rotating speed,and the wear loss of graphite ring first increases and then decreases.The wear loss of“Glass to Glass”group is less than that of“Soft to Hard”group.As for the single end texture pair,the elliptical texture is the most stable,and the triangular texture has minimal friction coefficient,temperature rise and wear loss.The friction performance of double face composite texture is further improved on the basis of single face.
