摘  要:三塘湖原油因凝点升高、黏度增大且输送管道落差大及沿线地温低等特点,需采取改性输送以保障管道正常运行。通过添加降凝剂和掺混稀油的改性试验表明:三塘湖原油对降凝剂感受性不强;红台原油对三塘湖原油降密效果较好;塔里木原油对三塘湖原油降凝和降黏效果均较好;当输送(三塘湖∶红台=10∶1)∶塔里木=8∶2的混合原油时,管道最小输量可降至290 kt/a,安全停输时间可延长至43.7 h。Santanghu crude oil has features of increased pour point and viscosity,large fall and lower ground temperature along the oil pipeline,adopting modified transportation becomes necessary for the safe operation of the pipeline.The modified testing of adding pour-point depressant and diluted oil show that,Santanghu crude oil is not sensitive to pour-point depressant;and Hongtai oil has a good effect on reducing the density of Santanghu crude oil and Tarim oil does good on reducing pour point and viscosity of Santanghu crude oil.When the mixed crude oil((Santanghu∶Hongtai=10∶1)∶Tarim=8∶2)is transported,the minimum throughput can be reduced to 29×104 t/a,and the safe shut-down time can be extended to 43.7 h.
