摘  要:基于抽油机井井下油水分离工艺设计方案,建立了采出液流量的变化模型,开展了抽油机井井下油水分离旋流器在脉动流下的分离性能研究,并与相同条件下的稳定流进行对比。结果表明:脉动流下的压力损失最大值(1.893 MPa)明显高于稳定流的(0.142 MPa);在整个周期内,脉动流下(前半周期处理量为0)旋流器平均分离效率为55.84%;在后半周期内,旋流器的平均分离效率为81.68%;稳定流下旋流器的分离效率为81.30%。Based on the design scheme of downhole oil-water separation in rod-pumped well,the change model of the flow rate of produced fluid was established,including separation performance of the hydrocyclone for the downhole oil-water separation at pulsating flow and comparison with the stable flow rate under equivalent conditions.The results show that,the maximum pressure loss value(1.893 MPa)at the pulsating flow is significantly higher than that at the steady flow(0.142 MPa);in the entire cycle,the average separation efficiency of hydrocyclone at the pulsating flow rate(the flow rate of the first half cycle is 0)is 55.84%,and in the second half of the cycle,the average separation efficiency is 81.68%along with 81.30%for the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone at the stable flow rate.
