摘　　要：心理健康对大学生有抗御心理疾病、提高学习效率、完成学习任务、提高人际交往水平和生活质量的意义。高校在进行专业教育之外,还应针对大学生的心理特点和心理发展规律,加强大学生的心理健康教育,提高大学生的心理素质。文章初步分析影响大学生心理健康的多种因素,针对性地提出以专项心理教育和思政—专业融合教育相结合的方式,促进“智育”与“心育”的协同发展,进而促进大学生的健康成长。Mental health has the significance of resisting mental diseases,improving learning efficiency,completing learning tasks,improving interpersonal communication level and quality of life for college students.In addition to professional education,colleges and universities should also strengthen the mental health education of college students and improve their psychological quality according to the psychological characteristics and psychological development law of college students.This paper preliminarily analyzes various factors affecting college students'mental health,and puts forward the combination of special psychological education and ideological and political professional integration education,so as to promote the coordinated development of"intellectual education"and"psychological education",so as to promote the healthy growth of college students.
