德育对新时代少年运动员成才的作用及实施要点探析

摘　　要：新时代对德育工作提出了更高的要求。德育对于培育正直高尚的品德,铸就坚忍不拔的意志,培养团结协作的精神有着重要的作用,必须重视德育在少年运动员成长成才中的价值和功能,把德育视为运动员发展的前提。在实施德育的过程中,教师要结合少年运动员的年龄特点和学习特点,在文化教育中注重培养他们的道德情操,在专项训练中注重磨砺他们的意志品质,在日常生活中注重培养他们的社会公德,在育人全程中注重树立模范榜样。The new era puts forward higher requirements for moral education.Moral education plays an important role in cultivating integrity and noble morality,forging indomitable will and cultivating the spirit of unity and cooperation.We must pay attention to the value and function of moral education in the growth of young athletes and regard moral education as the premise of athletes'development.In the process of implementing moral education,teachers should combine the age characteristics and learning characteristics of young athletes,pay attention to cultivating their moral sentiment in cultural education,sharpen their will quality in special training,cultivate their social morality in daily life,and set a model in the whole process of education.
