摘  要:为改善涡旋压缩机的轴向力动态平衡状况,进而改善涡旋压缩机的动态密封状况,针对其中的电磁力机构,对涡旋压缩机轴向动态密封双提前量跟踪方法进行了研究。首先,在提前跟踪PID动态电磁力控制方法基础上,对单提前参数PID最优提前量平衡效果的不足及其原因进行了分析;其次,对原误差方差指标的缺陷,以及用累积误差评价来平衡误差的特点进行了分析,提出了累积误差结合误差方差的协同评价指标;然后,分析了系统所需的最优平衡效果,并根据跟踪的评价方法,给出了基于双提前量跟踪的自适应轴向动态密封算法;最后,搭建了电磁机构和控制系统实验平台,对该控制方法进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:最优提前步数量随着跟踪频率的变化而变化;不同跟踪频率所需的最优提前跟踪量由双提前量步数搜索算法来确定;采用双提前参数的动态电磁力控制方法可使涡旋压缩机获得更好的轴向动态密封效果。In order to improve the dynamic balance of the axial force of the scroll compressor,and then to improve the dynamic seal of the scroll compressor,for the electromagnetic force mechanism,the double advance tracking method of the axial dynamic seal of the scroll compressor was studied.Firstly,on the basis of the dynamic electromagnetic force control method based on advance tracking PID algorithm,the deficiency and reason of the balance effect of single advance parameter PID optimal advance were studied.Secondly the defects of error variance index evaluation and the characteristics of balance error of cumulative error evaluation were analyzed.The index of collaborative evaluation with cumulative error and error variance was proposed.Then the optimal balance effect needed by the system was analyzed.According to the method of evaluating the tracking effect,an adaptive axial dynamic seal algorithm based on dual lead tracking was proposed.Finally,the experimental platform of electromagnetic mechanism and control system was set up.The control method was verified by experiments.The results show that the number of optimal advance steps required varies with the tracking frequency.The optimal advance tracking amount for different frequencies can be determined by the proposed double advance step search algorithm.The dynamic electromagnetic force control method with double advance parameters can obtain better axial dynamic sealing effect.
