摘  要:针对平面包络环面(TP)蜗杆空间螺旋齿面的制造问题,提出了一种在通用数控车床上用标准切槽刀精确车削TP蜗杆的方法。首先根据齿轮啮合原理和NURBS曲面建模方法,推导并且精确重构了TP蜗杆的数字化齿面;均匀离散齿面构造了空间螺旋轨迹线,把齿面离散点旋转变换到车削平面,沿齿廓法向偏置刀尖圆弧半径得到了刀位点;根据刀位点数据和锥螺纹车削指令,编写生成了TP蜗杆精密车削程序;最后,通过仿真切削实验对该方法的可行性进行了验证。研究结果表明:采用该方法和相应齿面离散数据的TP蜗杆仿真加工,齿面的误差均匀、精度高,加工误差绝对值平均约为0.14μm和1.2μm;该方法效率高、加工精度高,对批量生产平面包络环面蜗杆有较高的指导价值。In view of manufacturing problem of the spatial spiral tooth surface of the planar enveloping toroidal(TP)worm,a method of accurately turning TP worm using the standard slotting cutter on a general NC lathe was proposed.According to gear meshing principle and NURBS surface modeling,the digital tooth surface of TP worm was derived and reconstructed accurately.The spatial spiral trajectory was constructed by discretizing the tooth surface uniformly.The discrete points of the tooth surface were transformed into the turning plane with a rotational matrix,and the cutter location was obtained by offsetting the radius of tool tip along the normal direction of tooth profile.The precision turning program of TP worm was compiled according to the cutter location data and thread turning instruction.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified through simulation cutting experiments.The research results show that the TP worm simulation machining using this method and the corresponding tooth surface discrete data has uniform tooth surface error and high precision,and the average absolute value of the machining error is about 0.14μm and 1.2μm;this method has high efficiency and high machining accuracy.It has higher guiding value for mass production of plane envelope toroidal worms.
