新冠疫情下美印两国对华经济遏制现状及其合流之势

摘　　要：新冠疫情的突然暴发对世界经济、政治、外交都产生了巨大的冲击,暴露了全球治理的短板。在这种背景下,美国对华的经济遏制也在这场风波中进一步增强。同时,亚洲另一正在崛起的大国印度成为美国利用的重要棋子,而且在疫情暴发初期,美印两国对华遏制已成合流之势,从经济、军事、外交等层面对中国进行了全面的干扰,其中在经济方面的遏制最为突出。随着新冠疫情带来的大国关系调整进一步复杂化,中美印三角关系的不确定性将会加剧。但是,美印对华经济遏制常态化,短时间内不会改变,最多是策略选择更加多样化。对此,中国要时刻警惕,从内外两个循环的思路,针对美印两国对华经济发展带来的挑战,未雨绸缪地做好应对准备。The sudden outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic has had a huge impact on the world economy,politics,and diplomacy,exposing the shortcomings of global governance.In this context,the economic containment on China by the United States has also been further strengthened in this storm.At the same time,the rise of India,another major power in Asia,has become an important resource used by the U.S.In the early stage of the outbreak,the United States and India s containment on China has become a confluence,and they have fully interfered with China from the economic,military,and diplomatic levels.As the adjustment of major power relations caused by the epidemic becomes more complicated,the uncertainty of the China-US-India triangle relationship will increase.However,the normalization of the U.S and India s economic containment against China will not change in a short period of time.At best,the choice of strategies will become more diverse.In this regard,China must always be vigilant and prepare for the challenges posed by the United States and India to China s economic development from the angle of internal and external circulation.
