摘　　要：莫迪执政以来,中印两国既经历过高层互访频仍的和睦融洽,又数次面对边境对峙引发的双边关系困境。本文以洞朗对峙、武汉-金奈会晤和2020年中印边界西段对峙等事件发生后,印度主流媒体和智库有关中印边界问题的报道和评论为研究对象,在阐明其主要关切和代表性观点的基础上,着重分析了印度有关中印边界问题的消极舆论产生的原因及其影响。在此基础上,本文认为,要有效抑制印度涉华舆论的负面影响。一方面加强两国主流媒体和智库间的合作与交流;另一方面,中印两国政府都需要积极引导舆论,使媒体的报道和评论尽可能客观、中立。Since Modi came to power,China and India have experienced peace and harmony with frequent high-level exchanges of visits,and have faced the difficulties of bilateral relations caused by border confrontations several times.This article takes the reports and comments of mainstream Indian media and think tanks on the Sino-Indian border issue after the events such as the Doklam confrontation,the Wuhan-Chennai summit and the 2020 confrontation on the western section of the Sino-Indian border as the research objects,then clarifies their main concerns and representatives.On the basis of clarifying their main concerns and representative views,this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes and effects of India s negative public opinions on the Sino-Indian border issue.Based on the above,this article believes that it is necessary to effectively suppress the negative influence of India s China-related public opinion.On the one hand,we need strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the mainstream media and think tanks of the two countries.On the other hand,the governments of both China and India need to actively guide public opinion to make media reports and comments as objective and neutral as possible.
