摘　　要：该文对运动疗法的分类及在帕金森病患者跌倒恐惧方面的应用进行综述。运动疗法主要介绍了常规物理训练、舞蹈疗法及跑步机训练等,探讨运动疗法在帕金森病患者跌倒恐惧方面的干预效果,并归纳与总结目前研究中存在的问题,旨在为制订科学有效的帕金森病患者跌倒恐惧的护理干预方案提供参考。This article reviews the classification of exercise therapy and the current status of its application for fear of falls in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Exercise therapy mainly included conventional physical training,dance therapy and treadmill training.We discussed the effects of exercise therapy and summarized the existing problems in current research.We aimed to provide references to develop scientific and effective nursing care for fear of falling in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
