摘  要:太阳能光伏水泵系统在偏远缺水地区具有广泛的推广应用前景,单相异步电机水泵由于结构简单、成本低,非常适用于量大面广的户用水泵系统,单相电机的变频运行一般是拆分为两相绕组运行,针对单相电机绕组多为不对称结构的特点,提出了一种单相电机在线参数识别方法。通过对主副绕组阻值进行测量比较及输出功率波动均方差最小调节,区分单相电机主副绕组并获得两相运行SPWM平衡系数,进而确定副主绕组匝数比,实现两相电机圆形旋转磁场控制、转矩脉动最小运行。仿真分析和实验结果证实了该方法的正确性和精确性。The solar photovoltaic pump system has broad application prospects in remote water-scarce areas.The single-phase asynchronous motor pump has a simple structure and low cost.It is very suitable for large-scale and wide-ranging household water pump systems.The frequency conversion operation of the single-phase motor is generally split for the operation of two-phase windings,an online parameter identification method for single-phase motors was proposed for the characteristics of single-phase motors whose windings are mostly asymmetrical.By measuring and comparing the resistance value of the main and auxiliary windings and minimum adjusting the mean square error of the output power fluctuation,the main and auxiliary windings of the single-phase motor were distinguished and the SPWM balance coefficient of the two-phase operation was obtained,and then the turns ratio of the auxiliary main winding was determined to realize the roundness of the two-phase motor rotating magnetic field control,minimum torque ripple operation.Simulation analysis and experimental results confirm the correctness and accuracy of the method.
