摘 要:用定速摩擦实验机,研究了摩擦速度为200~3000 r/min,石墨含量为0%~20%条件下,石墨在酚醛树脂基材料中的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明:添加15%的石墨可以有效提高材料的摩擦系数稳定性,摩擦系数和磨损率分别降低了56.9%和83.2%,当石墨含量超过15%,对摩擦系数的影响不明显.酚醛树脂材料在摩擦过程中受到摩擦对偶材料硬质点的强切削力作用下,发生黏着撕裂形成犁沟,摩擦系数不稳定,磨损率较高;石墨的添加有助于在磨损表面形成致密的润滑层,起到稳定摩擦系数和提高耐磨性的作用.The influence of graphite(Gr)on the dry sliding tribological properties of phenolic resin(PF)compos-ites with graphite content in the range of 0-20%was studied under different sliding speeds of 200-3000 r/min.The wear mechanism changes after the addition of the Gr was investigated by observing the morphology of the transfer layer during the dry sliding process.It is found that,the addition of the Gr could enhance the stability of friction coefficient effectively.The friction coefficient and wear rate are reduced 56.9%and 83.2%when the content of the Gr reaches 15%,and the effect of friction coefficient is not obviously when the content of the Gr is over 15%.With the strong cutting force of the hard point of the friction pair material in the process of friction,grooves are formed by adhesive tear on worn surface which results in unstable friction coefficient and high wear rate.The addition of the Gr can strengthen the forming of the dense graphite-rich lubricating films during friction process.Consequently,the friction coefficient stability and wear resistant of PF-matrix friction composites are enhanced.
