摘  要:为解决传统的教育视频压缩方法未能同时适应摄像机录制视频和屏幕录制视频的问题,采用变换域与运动估计相结合的方式,提出了一种基于Surfacelet变换域和运动估计的教学视频压缩方法,并根据视频帧间相关性,自适应地选取视频帧组,有效的兼顾了两种教育视频的特征.仿真实验证明,该方法不仅具有较高的压缩比,并且能够很好地还原视频内容.In order to solve the problem that the traditional educational video compression method cannot adapt to the camera recording video and the screen recording video at the same time,a combination of transform do-main and motion estimation is adopted,and a teaching video compression method is proposed based on sur-facelet transform domain and motion estimation.According to the correlation between video frames,the video frame group is selected adaptively,which effectively takes into account the characteristics of the two education-al videos.Simulation experiments prove that this method not only has a higher compression ratio,but also can restore video content well.
