摘　　要：中美博弈及后疫情时代背景下,分析美国生命科学研究转变有利于促进我国相关学科领域的发展。文章从国家战略视角分析美国生命科学基金项目、投资重点学科、学术论文、专利,完成对美国生命科学前沿技术识别,在此基础上对比分析我国生命科学科研现状,提出相关建议。美国生命科学研究已进入全新阶段,基础研究逐步转向技术应用,研究重点面向地球生态,其生物经济战略重点是生物能源,生物学技术转向军事防御服务。我国生命科学研究仍聚焦于传统生物医药领域,且研究布局存在"全而不强"的问题,生命科学在军事应用领域相对缺乏,未来应逐步加强生命科学高附加值领域或产业研究布局,加强对生命科学新应用研究的探索。Under the background of the Sino-US game and the post-epidemic era,analyze the transformation of life science research in the United States and promote the development of related disciplines in China.This paper analyzes the American life science fund projects,investment key disciplines,academic papers,and patents from the perspective of national strategy,complete the identification of American life science frontier technologies,and compare the current status of life science research in my country on this basis,and put forward relevant suggestions.Life science research in the United States has entered a new stage,basic research has gradually shifted to technology applications,the focus of research is on the ecology of the earth,the bioeconomy strategy focuses on bioenergy,and biological technology has shifted to military defense services.The focus of life science research in my country is still focused on the field of traditional biomedicine,and there is a problem of"complete but not strong"in the research layout,life sciences are relatively lacking in the military application field,in the future,the research layout of high value-added life sciences or industry should be gradually strengthened,strengthen the exploration of new applications in life sciences.
