摘  要:油田面临新能耗点增多,而措施节电能力不足、整体能耗水平攀升的现状。为降低整体能耗水平,从高能耗井影响因素出发,通过利用电参数加强泵况异常井核实、优化间抽制度、及时调参、降低装机功率和应用变频控制箱等措施解决了由单井产量低和电动机效率低现象引发的高能耗问题.高能耗井多方案治理实施1992井次,措施后平均消耗功率下降了0.44 kW,系统效率提高了3.7%,2020年全年节约电量794.27×10^(4)kWh,折合电费506.03万元.Oilfield is faced with the situation of increasing new energy consumption points,but the power saving capacity of measures is insufficient,and the overall energy consumption level is rising.In order to reduce the overall energy consumption level,the problem of high energy consumption caused by low output of single well and low efficiency of motor was solved by strengthening verification of abnormal pump conditions by using electrical parameters,optimizing inter-pumping system,adjusting parameters in time,reducing installed power and applying frequency conversion control box from the influencing factors of high energy consumption Wells.After 1992 Wells with high energy consumption were treated with multiple schemes,the average power consumption decreased by 0.44 kW and the system efficiency increased by 3.7%.In 2020,the annual electricity consumption was saved by 794.27×10^(4)kWh,equivalent to 5060300 yuan of electricity.
