摘 要:由于井口注水量的持续增加,某油田注水系统能耗高且呈逐年上升趋势,优化注水系统运行参数、实现节能降耗具有重要意义.针对该问题,建立了油田注水系统能耗评价指标及其用能单元的能量平衡分析模型,并对能耗计算结果进行分析与评价,确定了注水系统能耗分布规律,找到了用能存在的薄弱环节,运用注水泵启停方案优化算法及运行参数优化理论得到注水泵开停调整的方案.现场应用结果表明,日注水单耗下降1.06 kWh/m^(3),节约耗电量1.25×10^(4) kWh.Due to the continuous increase of wellhead water injection,the energy consumption of an oilfield water injection system is high and shows an increasing trend year by year.It is of great significance to optimize the operation parameters of water injection system and realize energy saving and consumption reduction.Aiming at the problem,set up the energy consumption of oilfield water injection system evaluation indexes and their energy-using units of energy equilibrium analysis model,and analyze the energy consumption calculation and evaluation,to determine the distribution of energy consumption of water injection system,found the weak link,can use exist scheme optimization algorithm using injection pump start-up and operation parameters optimization theory injection pump stop adjustment scheme.The field application results show that the daily water injection unit consumption is reduced by 1.06 kWh/m^(3) and the power consumption is saved by 1.25×10^(4)kWh.
