摘 要:为降低Q油田抽油机井热洗成本和保护地层,利用“ABC分类法”分类研究洗井规律,即以产液、含水、泵型对油井结蜡速度的影响为依据,按结蜡速度快慢将该油田油井划分为A、B、C三类,再从每类优选4%的油井进行现场试验,摸索得出常规合理洗井周期,形成Q油田“ABC分类法”常规洗井周期参照表。2020年现场按Q油田“ABC分类法”常规洗井周期参照表执行洗井,共实施周期洗井464井次,与2019年对比,减少100井次,节约费用47.3万元.For lowering the cost of Q hot wash oil field pumping unit well and protect the formation,the use of"ABC classification"classification well-flushing rule,namely to produce liquid,water cut,pump type oil well paraffin deposit velocity as the basis,the influence of the wax precipitation speed to the oil field oil well is divided into A,B,C three types,4%from each type of optimization of the well field test,The conventional reasonable well washing cycle is explored,and the reference table of conventional well washing cycle of"ABC classification"of Q Oilfield is formed.In 2020,on-site well washing will be performed according to the routine well washing cycle table of"ABC classification"of Q Oilfield,and 464 Wells will be cleaned periodically,reducing 100 Wells and saving 473000 yuan compared with 2019.
