摘  要:天然气业务是大庆油田振兴发展的战略性工程,为提高天然气商品率,降低生产用气损耗,通过精细规划设计,多措并举,综合提效节气.首先,通过系统优化简化,源头控制用气消耗,产能建设工程坚持“三优一简”,控制新增耗气。老油田系统改造实施“核减、合并、降级”优化调整,降低低效耗气。其次,设计与数字化、新技术相融合,综合提效节气。通过降低采暖负荷,节约采暖耗气;实施优化掺水系统运行参数,节约工艺耗气。积极推广节气设备与技术,提高加热炉效率;探索推进新能源技术发展应用,使之逐步替代传统能源。Natural gas business is a strategic project for the revitalization and development of Daqing Oilfield.In order to increase the commodity rate of natural gas and reduce the consumption of production gas,through careful planning and design,multiple measures are taken simultaneously to comprehensively improve efficiency and solar terms.First,through system optimization and simplification,gas consumption is controlled at the source.Among them,the production capacity construction project adheres to the“three advantages and one simplicity”to control the new gas consumption;the old oilfield system reform implements“nuclear reduction,merger,and downgrade”optimization adjustments to reduce inefficiency Gas consumption.Secondly,design,digitalization,and new technologies are integrated to improve overall efficiency and solar terms.Reduce heating load and save heating gas consumption;implement optimization of water mixing system operating parameters to save process gas consumption;actively promote air-saving equipment and technologies to improve heating furnace efficiency;explore and promote the development and application of new energy technologies to gradually replace traditional energy sources.
