摘 要:地下井喷是油田安全生产重大隐患,与井口井喷相比,具有漏点多、持续时间长、经济损失巨大、环境污染严重和能源损失多等危害.基于目前研究对象多集中在新钻井和开发井修井过程,研究方向为发生时漏点识别和应急处置措施的情况.针对油田开发井在浅气层、浅水层发育区域易于井屏障失效发生地下井喷事件,提出应用工程测井方法,评估生产套管和水泥环固井质量,结合井内流体性质,设计风险识别流程和技术对策,遏制油田开发井浅表层地下井喷上升势头。Underground blowout is a major hidden danger of oilfield safety production.Compared with wellhead blowout,it has many leakage points,long duration,huge economic loss,serious environmental pollution and more energy loss.Based on the current research objects mainly focus on the workover process of new drilling and development Wells,the research direction is leak identification and emergency treatment measures.For oilfield development well in shallow gas,shallow layer development area is easy to be well barrier failure underground blowout events,put forward the application engineering well logging method,evaluate the production casing and cement annulus cementing quality,combining with the fluid property in well,design risk identification process and the technical countermeasures,curb oilfield development well play underground blowout upward momentum.
