摘 要:本文通过自主设计搭建制冷剂润滑油互溶性实验台和兼容性实验台,对R513A制冷剂匹配润滑油展开研究。结果表明随含油率的变化,POE32、PVE32润滑油与R513A的临界互溶温度均低于50℃,具有良好的互溶性;PVE32和R513A的材料兼容性较好,质量与几何尺寸的变化为0%,仅材料5的两组重复性实验中在质量上有16.67%与14.29%的变化,长度上有0.42%与0.11%的变化。In this paper, the R513 A refrigerant matching lubricant is studied by independently designing the refrigerant lubricant mutual solubility appliance and compatibility appliance. The results show that with the change of oil content, the critical dissolubility temperatures of POE32 and PVE32 lubricating oils with R513 A are lower than 50 ℃, which shows good solubility. The material compatibility of PVE32 and R513 A is good, and the changes of mass and geometric size are 0%. In the two groups of repeatability experiments of material No.5, the changes of mass are 16.67% and 14.29%, and the changes of length are 0.42% and 0.11%.
