摘  要:我国花样滑冰女子单人滑项目处于世界中游水平,寻找与世界一流选手的差距是2022年北京冬奥会实现女单项目成绩突破的关键。采用文献资料、临场观察和数理统计等方法,对2019/2020年度世界花样滑冰大奖赛中国杯女子单人滑比赛进行分析研究。结果表明,以俄罗斯运动员为代表的年轻运动员在比赛中尝试四周跳以及阿克塞尔三周跳,突破了之前女单项目技术分的上限;我国运动员在跳跃难度、连跳难度、动作完成的质量上与国外选手存在较大的差距,滑行中不能很好地运用身体重心的移动,技术动作之间的衔接没有达到规则要求,表演缺乏艺术感染力。我国运动员若想在2022年北京冬奥会上有所突破,就要在动作质量和艺术表现上补短板,更需要在跳跃难度上奋起直追,有所突破。China’s figure skating women’s singles figure skating is at the middle level of the world.Finding a gap with the world’s top players is the key to achieving breakthroughs in women’s singles in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.Using literature,on-the-spot observation and mathematical statistics and other methods,the 2019-2020 World Figure Skating Grand Prix China Cup women’s single skating competition was analyzed and researched.The results showed that young athletes,represented by Russian athletes,tried the four-week jump and the Axel three-week jump in the competition,breaking through the technical points of the previous women’s singles;the jump difficulty,continuous jump difficulty,and movement completion of Chinese athletes There is also a big gap between the quality of the game and the foreign players.The movement of the body’s center of gravity cannot be used well in the sliding,the connection between technical movements does not meet the requirements of the rules,and the performance lacks artistic appeal.If Chinese athletes want to make a breakthrough in the 2022 Beijing Olympics,they must make up for their shortcomings in the quality of their movements and artistic performance,and they need to catch up and make breakthroughs in the difficulty of jumping.
