大学生冰雪运动参与环境优化研究

摘　　要：随着北京冬奥会的临近,冰雪运动在高校教育教学体系内得到了重视,但大学生冰雪运动的参与环境仍较为不利。针对如何优化现实环境,使之与大学生对冰雪运动的参与意识、参与程度等实现匹配这一问题,采用文献分析、问卷调查等方法,对黑龙江省8所高校的1870名大一学生参与冰雪运动的情况进行调查。发现存在教师专业度不够、场地设施匮乏、教学方法和内容落后、课外活动开展不足、经费投入有限、冰雪文化引导缺失等状况。提出引进高水平专业人才,加强教学团队建设;加大政策支持力度,完善冰雪运动场地设施;实行动态课堂教学,多方协同培养;丰富课外活动形式,实现课内外一体化;政府为主、社会市场为辅拓宽经费来源;加大宣传力度,营造冰雪运动文化氛围等优化对策,引导大学生参加冰雪运动,全面提高身体素质,并养成终身锻炼的生活方式。With the approaching of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,ice and snow sports have been paid attention to in the education and teaching system of colleges and universities,but the participation environment of College Students’ice and snow sports is still unfavorable.Aiming at the problem of how to optimize the real environment and make it match with college students’awareness and degree of participation in ice and snow sports,1870 freshmen from 8 colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province were investigated by means of literature analysis and questionnaire survey.It is found that there are some problems,such as insufficient teachers’professionalism,lack of venues and facilities,backward teaching methods and contents,insufficient extracurricular activities,limited investment,lack of guidance of ice and snow culture,etc.It is proposed to introduce high-level professional talents and strengthen the construction of teaching team;Increase policy support and improve ice and snow sports venues and facilities;Implement dynamic classroom teaching and multi-party collaborative training;Enrich the forms of extracurricular activities and realize the integration inside and outside class;Broaden the sources of funds mainly by the government and supplemented by the social market;Strengthen publicity,create a cultural atmosphere of ice and snow sports and other optimization countermeasures,guide college students to participate in ice and snow sports,comprehensively improve their physical quality,and develop a life-long exercise lifestyle.
