摘　　要：国家冰雪运动战略持续推进,高校迎来培养冰雪运动人才的良好契机,研究高校运动训练专业冰雪实践课程设置的改革与教学创新,发挥其在冰雪人才的培养中的重要作用。冰雪实践教学改革以培养冰雪运动职业人才为目标,建立"六大冰雪实践教学团队"为主导的冰雪实践课程群体系,充分利用学校承办国内外高水平冰雪赛事、人才和科技助力冬奥会、齐全的冰雪场地设施等优势,在第二课堂和冰雪创新创业活动中推进冰雪职业人才培养。建议北方高校运动训练专业冰雪人才培养把提高实践能力放在突出地位,结合高校自身优势加强专业师资队伍和教学基地建设,丰富和创新冰雪实践课程体系。The development of global ice and snow sports tourism is a new perspective and new idea for the development of ice and snow sports tourism in China.Global ice and snow sports tourism is the product of the development of ice and snow sports tourism market to a certain scale,and it is the inevitable trend of the innovative development of ice and snow sports tourism industry.It is pointed out that the lack of global overall marketing awareness,imperfect industrial element support and imperfect service system are the bottleneck problems in the development of global ice and snow sports tourism.From formulating the development strategy and industrial planning of global ice and snow sports tourism,mobilizing regional and social forces to develop global ice and snow sports tourism,multipolar driving the innovative development of ice and snow sports tourism This paper discusses the development path of global ice and snow sports tourism from the aspects of building a new system and core competitiveness of ice and snow sports tourism,building a global public service system and talent training system of ice and snow sports tourism,so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s ice and snow sports tourism and meet the requirements of the era of mass ice and snow sports tourism.
