摘 要:目的:通过对两粤黄檀茎叶的生药鉴定研究,为该药的鉴别、药用推广及后续质量标准制订提供理论依据。方法:采用性状、显微鉴定等方法研究两粤黄檀茎叶的生药鉴定特征,并采用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果:两粤黄檀茎叶有明显鉴别特征,其总黄酮的平均含量为11.73 mg/g,加样回收率为101.79%。结论:两粤黄檀茎叶的生药鉴定特征明显,其总黄酮含量可作为两粤黄檀的质量标准之一。Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for the identification,medicinal promotion and subsequent quality standards of Dalbergia benthami Prain.Methods:The pharmacognostic characteristics of the stem and leaf of Dalbergia benthami Prain were studied by morphological and microscopic identification methods,and the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The stem and leaf of Dalbergia benthami Prain had obvious identification characteristics.The average content of total flavonoids was 11.73 mg/g,and the recovery rate was 101.79%.Conclusion:The pharmacognostic characteristics of the stem and leaf of Dalbergia benthami Prain are obvious,and the content of total flavonoids can be used as one of the quality standards of Dalbergia benthami Prain.
