补肾活血法治疗血栓前状态复发性流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血法治疗血栓前状态复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:将80例存在血栓前状态的复发性流产患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组使用低分子肝素钠进行皮下注射治疗;研究组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血中药方进行治疗。观察比较两组血栓前状态标志物变化情况及孕12周存活率。结果:(1)研究组治疗后总有效率为95%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组孕12周胚胎存活率为95%,对照组为75%,组间孕12周胚胎存活率比较,差异有统计学意义,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)研究组AT-Ⅲ水平较治疗前升高,D-二聚体、FIB水平较治疗前降低;且研究组AT-Ⅲ水平高于对照组,D-二聚体、FIB水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对血栓前状态导致的复发性流产,采用补肾活血中药方联合低分子肝素钠,可改善患者的血栓前状态,改善妊娠结局。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation method in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in pre-thrombosis state.Methods:80 patients of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with pre-thrombosis state were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin sodium.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation.The pre-thrombosis markers and survival rate at 12 weeks of gestation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective rate in the study group was 95%,which was statistically higher than 75%of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The survival rate of embryos at 12 weeks of pregnancy was 95%in the study group and 75%in the control group.The difference of survival rate of embryos at 12 weeks of pregnancy between the groups was statistically significant,and the survival rate of embryos in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The team AT-Ⅲlevel was higher than before treatment,and the levels of D-dimer and FIB were lower than that before treatment;the level of AT-Ⅲin the study group was higher than those in the control group,and the levels of D-dimer and FIB were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by pre-thrombosis,the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium can improve the pre-thrombosis state and pregnancy outcome.
