摘　　要：高校图书馆知识产权信息服务是响应国家近年相关政策,寻求图书馆创新服务转型的必由之路。通过调研与分析寻求知识产权信息服务的建设方向,意在为高校图书馆的知识产权信息服务未来发展提供重要参考。本文从发展新机遇及国内外研究现状出发,以目前59所挂靠于高校图书馆的高校国家知识产权信息服务中心为调研对象,从管理规范、人才队伍、数据库资源的基础建设情况,到服务内容体系,服务网络平台的开发现状,进行实例调研。调研发现,我国高校图书馆知识产权信息服务水平参差不齐、人才培养体系不健全、网络平台建设匮乏。完善重点制度建设,强化知识产权基础服务,加强服务网络平台建设,以及构建扁平化的高校知识产权组织结构,都将成为未来高校图书馆知识产权信息服务发展的重要策略。In response to a series of national intellectual property policies, university libraries develop intellectual property information service, in order to seek the transformation of library innovative service.Through investigation and analysis, this paper seeks the development strategy of intellectual property information service, aiming to provide important reference for the future trend of intellectual property information service of university libraries. Starting from new development opportunities and research status in the world wide, this paper takes 59 national intellectual property information service centers as the research objects, which are attached to university libraries, research the management norms, talent team, database resources, hierarchical service content, and the development status of the service network platform. The survey finds that the level of intellectual property information service of university libraries in China is uneven, the personnel training system is defective, and the construction of network platform is lack. We should improve the key rules construction, improve the basic service of intellectual property, strengthen the construction of service network platform, and build a flat organizational structure of intellectual property in universities. All of these will become the important measures to improve the intellectual property information service in universities.
