摘　　要：[目的 /意义]通过专利数据对科技型中小企业创新能力进行评测,探析企业创新能力发展态势。[方法/过程]以金华市科技型中小企业为样本,用密切值计算方法,从专利层面对创新能力进行测度;并选择某产业领域,与非科技型中小企业实施专利数据对比分析。[结果 /结论 ]金华市科技型中小企业技术创新能力在逐步提升,并在所选产业领先同规模其他企业,但受限资金等因素,亟需引入外界优秀研发团队,营造核心技术竞争力。[Purpose/signifince] Measurements and comparisons are complied with patent data for technology-based SMEs in Jinhua to learn the situation in the development of innovation ability. [Method/process] First, with osculating value method, the value of innovation ability is calculated in the sample of technology-based SMEs in Jinhua;second, patent data are compared to see the difference between technology-based SMEs and non-technology-based SMEs in selected industry. [Result/conclusion] Innovation ability of technology-based SMEs has been improved in recent years and better than nontechnology-based SMEs in selected fields, but being short of fund, the external R&D teams should be introduced to technology-based SMEs to create their core technology competence.
