摘　　要：近年来,随着经济全球化进程不断加快,越来越多的中国企业走向海外参与国际竞争。期间,我国企业遭遇的海外知识产权纠纷,特别是海外专利侵权纠纷频频发生,对企业拓展海外市场造成严重影响。为加强海外知识产权风险防控和纠纷应对,实现高水平"走出去",本文在分析专利检索分析内涵及主要作用基础上,提出充分发挥专利检索分析在企业"走出去"前后各阶段的作用,化被动为主动,切实提升企业海外知识产权保护意识和能力。In recent years, with the accelerating process of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad to invest and develop foreign trade. At the same time, the overseas intellectual property(IP) disputes, especially patent infringement disputes encountered by Chinese enterprises, are also increasing. The frequent occurrence of overseas has a serious impact on enterprises’ expansion in overseas markets. In order to strengthen the risk prevention and control of overseas intellectual property rights and facilitate the efficient settlement of IP disputes, this article analyses the connotation and main role of patent retrieval analysis, proposes to give full play to role of patent retrieval analysis before and after the enterprises’ participation of international trade, so as to promote the actively response of IP disputes, and effectively improve the awareness and ability of Chinese enterprises’ overseas IP protection.
