摘　　要：江苏省宿迁市宿豫区在改革中形成“分型改革、分区考核、分类定价、分项补贴”实践经验和“精准计量、精准考核、精准补贴、精准节水”典型做法。在持续推进农业水价综合改革探索中,围绕农村水利工程设施长效管护这项实体性工作,通过编制宿豫区农村水利工程设施管护标准、建设点面互促的管护示范区、细化完善管护相关考核内容等措施,保证了农业水价综合改革各项机制取得实际成效。Suyu District of Suqian City in Jiangsu Province has formed the practical experience of"classification reform,zoning assessment,classified pricing,itemized subsidies"and the typical practice of"accurate measurement,accurate assessment,accurate subsidy,accurate saving water"in the process of agricultural water price reform.In continuing to push forward the reform,based on the practical work of long-term management and maintenance of rural water conservancy facilities,by formulating the standards for management and maintenance of rural water conservancy facilities,Suyu District built a demonstration area for management and maintenance,and refined and improved the assessment content of management and maintenance and other measures.Those series of measures ensure that the mechanism for the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price achieves practical results.
