摘 要:对于涡扇发动机,短舱的核心舱为指定火区。如果附件齿轮箱(AGB)布置在风扇舱,风扇舱是指定火区。短舱应满足防火的要求,以将火区和非火区完全隔离,防止火区的火焰或高温气体进入到其它区域,造成危害。短舱防火密封件是短舱防火墙的重要组成部分,在短舱和吊挂之间,以及短舱各部件之间的界面通常设计有密封件,部分密封件位于火区的边界,因此需要满足相应的防火设计要求,而防火试验验证是目前普遍采用的适航验证方法。从防火适航要求入手,分析了防火试验的要求,包括试验件要求、试验设备要求、试验环境要求,详细阐述了密封件的防火试验方法。最后以块状橡胶密封件防火试验为例,对试验结果进行了分析。对于进行短舱的防火墙试验具有指导意义。For the turbofan engine,the nacelle core cowl is the designated fire zone.If the accessory gear box(AGB)is mounted in the fan compartment,the fan compartment is the designated fire zone.As the wrap up structure of the fire zone,the fire zone and non-fire zone should be isolated to prevent the fire or high-temperature gas from getting into other areas to result in damage.The fireproof seal is the important part of the nacelle fire barrier,which locate in the nacelle component and between pylon and nacelle.The seals locate in the fire barrier,which should meet the fireproof requirement.The fire test is the commonly used airworthiness verification method at present.Starting from the requirements of fire protection and airworthiness,this paper analyzes the requirement of the fire test,including the test article,the test equipment and the test environment,and expounds the fire protection test method of seals in detail.The article provides references for the fire test of the nacelle fire barrier.
