摘  要:针对邻河超大面积深基坑施工的难点,对超大面积深基坑围护体系、多桩径密集排桩施工、复杂管线安全监测等关键技术进行研究。通过灌注桩排桩+中心岛+局部支撑的基坑支护体系形式,利用跳桩法、BIM技术、深井降水管线监测等一系列创新性技术,使邻河超大面积深基坑施工得以安全顺利完成,总结的经验可为类似工程提供参考。In view of the difficulties in the construction of super large area deep foundation pit adjacent to the river,the key technologies of super large area deep foundation pit support system,dense multi-diameter pile construction,complex pipeline safety monitoring and so on are studied.Through the foundation pit support system using cast-in-place pile construction+central island+local support,and using a series of innovative technologies such as staggered pile method,BIM technology,deep well dewatering pipeline monitoring,the construction of super large area deep foundation pit adjacent to the river is completed safely and smoothly.
