摘　　要：以招商南邵项目样板施工为技术依托,研究解决装配式建筑PC叠合板桁架筋限制电气管路敷设的方式、空间、路由的技术难题。通过提前深化电气点位和路由,使路由路径最短、交叉最少,极大地提高了工作效率,节省了原材料,同时保证了PC叠合板的完整性,维持了PC叠合板原有的强度。Based on the model construction of China Merchants Nanshao project,this paper studies and solves the technical problems of the way,space and route of electrical pipeline laying limited by the PC laminated plate truss reinforcement in prefabricated building.By deepening the electrical point location and routing in advance,the shortest routing path and the least intersection greatly improve the working efficiency and save the raw materials,while at the same time ensure the integrity of the PC laminated plate and maintain the original strength of the PC laminated plate.
