摘  要:对墙体中预埋管线、电箱尤其密集管线部位的施工基础进行了分析、实践和总结。通过对项目强弱电箱部位、多管线多线盒部位采用管线预安装砌体预留后喷浆的方法,高效率、高质量地完成了二次结构非承重墙体,密集管线部位免开槽施工。该施工技术工艺安全可靠,质量、工期效益明显,减少了人工及建筑垃圾的产生,绿色环保。The construction of wall in location with embedded pipelines and especially in location of electric boxes with dense pipelines is analyzed,practiced and summarized.By adopting the method of pipeline pre-installation,masonry reservation and shotcreting for the strong and weak current box and multi pipeline and multi box parts of the project,the secondary structure non load bearing wall is completed with high efficiency and quality,and the grooving construction is not required for the locations with dense pipeline.The construction technology is safe and reliable,with obvious benefits of quality and construction period,reduces the generation of artificial and construction waste,and is green and environment-friendly.
