提高预制三铰拱安装精度的工艺研究

摘　　要：针对现有安装方法在安装大型预制三铰拱结构中存在精度低,难以满足安装要求的问题,综合考虑了模具制作、预埋销孔和现场安装的特点,提出了能适用大跨度预制三铰拱安装精度的新型工艺。新型工艺以拱底边线为定位基准线,通过控制模具内的拱顶端板、紧配合定位销的形位公差,实现预埋销孔板严格垂直于拱轴线;在现场安装时使用低一级的松配合定位销实现快速安装。应用结果表明,新型工艺的预埋销孔埋设精度高,现场安装时不仅成拱精度高而且安装简便快捷,适合大跨度预制三铰拱结构的定位和安装,具有效果明显、安全可靠和操作简便的优势。In view of the problem that the existing installation methods have low accuracy and are difficult to meet the installation requirements in the installation of large-scale precast three hinged arch structure,a new technology suitable for the installation accuracy of long-span precast three hinged arch is proposed by comprehensively considering the characteristics of mould manufacturing,embedded pin hole and field installation.The new technology takes the edge line of the arch bottom as the positioning datum line,and realizes that the embedded pin hole plate is strictly perpendicular to the arch axis by controlling the shape and position tolerance of the arch crown end plate and the tightly matched positioning pin in the die;During field installation,the lower loose fit locating pin is used to realize rapid installation.The application results show that the embedded pin hole of the new technology has high embedding precision,high arch forming precision and simple and fast installation.It is suitable for the positioning and installation of large-span prefabricated three hinged arch structure,and has the advantages of obvious effect,safety,reliability and simple operation.
