摘 要:针对某大型办公楼项目部分混凝土构件存在表面疏松、开裂、回弹强度不达标等问题,经多次专家论证后,决定对现场部分混凝土构件采取整体置换和加大截面的结构加固技术措施。结合加固施工技术在工程中的实例,总结提炼出加固施工技术的关键施工工艺和要点,经现场实际施工和管控,实现了工程结构加固的目标,可为今后房屋建筑加固工程提供一定的借鉴。In view of the problems of surface looseness,cracking and unqualified rebound strength of some concrete components of a large office building project,after many expert arguments,it is decided to take technical measures of structural reinforcement by overall replacement and enlarging section for some concrete components on site.Combined with the examples of reinforcement construction technology in the project,the key construction processes and key points of reinforcement construction technology are summarized and refined.Through the actual construction and control on site,the goal of engineering structure reinforcement is realized,which can provide a certain reference for housing construction reinforcement engineering in the future.
