摘 要:以某住宅项目为例,针对厨房和卫生间反坎二次浇筑中产生的问题,采用了一种预制混凝土反坎技术,即在呈I或L形的预制块两端设置企口,预制块靠近企口的侧面设置贯穿预制块的连接件,另一端和主体结构相连接。实践证明,该施工技术降低了反坎支模难度,反坎与下层楼板成为了一体化的结构,有效防止了渗漏隐患,保证了反坎施工质量,缩短了施工周期,可为今后类似工程项目提供参考。Taking a residential project as an example,aiming at the problems in the secondary pouring of the reversed sill in the kitchen and bathroom,a precast concrete revered sill technology is adopted,that is,the tongue and groove are set at both ends of the I-shaped or L-shaped precast block,the connector through the precast block is set at the side near the tongue and groove,and the other end is connected with the main structure.Practice has proved that the construction technology reduces the difficulty of reversed sill formwork erection,and the reversed sill and the lower floor become an integrated structure,which effectively prevents the potential leakage,ensures the reversed sill construction quality,and shortens the construction period,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
