摘　　要：针对污水处理厂沉淀池作业面受限,导致沉淀池中的管式撇渣器安装时常效率较低且危险性大的问题,发明了一种更为安全、高效的管式撇渣器安装辅助设备——反扣式吊装机。该设备采用三角支撑,前端为2个支腿,后端设置1个扣件反扣于走道板上,在设备上端悬挂1个手拉葫芦用于吊装,从而有效地解决了管式撇渣器的安装困难等系列问题。实践证明,该设备具有设备轻便、操作简单、省时省力等优势,能带来较好的社会和经济效益,具备一定的推广价值。In view of the limited working surface of the sedimentation tank in the sewage treatment plant,resulting in the low efficiency and high risk of the installation of the tubular skimmer in the sedimentation tank,a safer and more efficient auxiliary equipment for the installation of the tubular skimmer-the reverse buckle type hoist is invented.The equipment adopts triangular support,the front end is provided with two legs,the rear end is provided with a fastener reversely buckled on the walkway plate,and a chain block is hung at the upper end of the equipment for hoisting,so as to effectively solve a series of problems such as difficult installation of tubular skimmer.Practice has proved that the equipment has the advantages of light equipment,simple operation,time and labor saving,can bring good social and economic benefits,and has certain popularization value.
