基于变形验算分析埋地塑料排水管的管控指标

摘　　要：为验证变形计算公式中影响埋地塑料排水管变形的几个主要变量,结合工程实际,对管道环刚度、基础计算支撑角、管侧土变形模量等参数稍作改变,再对管道竖向直径变形率分别进行验算,验算结果均不满足要求。由此可知,管道设计环刚度、基础计算支撑角、管侧土变形模量(回填材料及压实度)是影响埋地塑料管变形的主要控制因素。需在工程实践中引起重视,对相关指标进行严格管控。To verify several main variables affecting the deformation of buried plastic drainage pipe in the deformation calculation formula,combined with the engineering practice,the parameters such as pipeline ring stiffness,foundation calculation support angle and pipe side soil deformation modulus are slightly changed,and then the vertical diameter deformation rate of pipeline is checked & calculated respectively. The checking results do not meet the requirements. It can be seen that the design ring stiffness of the pipeline, the calculated support angle of the foundation and the deformation modulus of the soil on the side of the pipe (backfill material & compactness) are the main control factors affecting the deformation of the buried plastic pipe. It must be paid attention to in engineering practice and the relevant indicators shall be strictly controlled.
