摘  要:FI催化剂在均相聚合体系中的研究已取得一定突破,但是催化剂的负载还存在较大的改进空间。以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚与多聚甲醛为原料合成了3,5-二叔丁基水杨醛,与五氟苯胺通过缩合反应合成了水杨醛亚胺配体,配体和四氯化钛反应制得FI催化剂,用1H NMR表征了配体及FI催化剂的结构。以氯化镁醇合物为载体,成功制得高活性负载型FI催化剂,其催化乙烯聚合活性达到26450 g PE/(g Cat),所得超高分子量聚乙烯的黏均分子量达到4.58×106 g/mol,熔点为144.1℃,结晶度为70.83%,粒径为139μm,表观密度为0.38 g/cm 3。Some breakthroughs have been made in the research of FI catalysts in homogeneous polymerization systems,but there is still much room for improvement in the loading of catalysts.3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde was synthesized from 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and paraformaldehyde,and the salicylaldehyde imine ligand was synthesized by condensation reaction with pentafluoroaniline.The structures of ligand and FI catalyst were characterized by 1H NMR.A highly active supported FI catalyst was successfully prepared with magnesium chloride alcohol compound as the carrier.Its catalytic activity for ethylene polymerization reached 26450 g PE/(g cat).The viscosity average molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene reached 4.58×106 g/mol,the melting point was 144.1℃,the crystallinity was 70.83%,the particle size was 139μm,and the apparent density was 0.38 g/cm 3.
