摘  要:通过异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)桥接,分别设计合成了受阻酚AO1035、AO80、AT245、CA和AO1010丙烯酸酯大分子单体(HP-I-H),并与其他丙烯酸酯通过半连续种子乳液共聚,制得了含受阻酚结构丙烯酸酯乳液(HPPA)。以HPPA傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)数据为基础,对其3700~3000 cm-1处进行分峰拟合,定性、定量地分析了HPPA的氢键种类及强度。采用动态力学分析仪(DMA)对HPPA的阻尼性能进行表征,结合氢键相对含量分析材料阻尼性能变化的原因。结果表明:A35PA、ATPA、A10PA和CAPA的阻尼温域(TR)与总氢键相对含量呈正相关,总氢键相对含量越多,材料的TR越大。对于空间位阻较小的A35PA和ATPA,其阻尼性能与氢键相对含量相关性大;对于A80PA、A10PA和CAPA这3种空间位阻大的聚合物,材料的阻尼性能和氢键相对含量主要受到空间位阻的影响。Five kinds of hindered phenol acrylate macromonomers(HP-I-H)were successfully prepared by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)bridging with AO1035,AO80,AT245,CA and AO1010.HP-I-H and other acrylate monomers were used to prepare hindered phenol polyacrylate emulsion(HPPA)through emulsion polymerization.Based on the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)data of HPPA,the 3700-3000 cm-1 peaks were fitted,and the hydrogen bond types and intensity of HPPA were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The damping property of HPPA was characterized by dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA),and the reason for the change of damping property was analyzed combined with the relative content of hydrogen bond rules of damping properties.The results show that the damping temperature range(TR)of A35PA,ATPA,A10PA and CAPA is positively correlated with the total relative hydrogen bond content.The more the total relative hydrogen bond content is,the larger the TR of the material is.For A35PA and ATPA with small steric hindrance,the damping properties are closely related to its relative hydrogen bond contents.While for A80PA,A10PA and CAPA polymers with large steric hindrance,the damping properties and relative hydrogen bond content are mainly affected by steric hindrance.
