摘　　要：以聚丙烯(PP)、玻璃纤维、热塑性弹性体(苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE))为原料,采用熔融共混方法制备了玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料,研究了5种类型的耐刮擦剂(GC104、GC300、硅酮、二硫化钼和硅酮复配二硫化钼)对玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料力学性能和耐刮擦性能的影响。结果表明:5种耐刮擦剂均可以提高PP的耐刮擦性能,其中GC300型耐刮擦剂具有比其他类型的耐刮擦剂更优的综合性能,更加适用于玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料。Using polypropylene(PP),glass fiber and thermoplastic elastomer(styrene ethylene butylene styrene(SEBS)and polyolefin elastomer(POE))as raw materials,glass fiber reinforced PP composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of five types of scratch resistant agents(GC104,GC300,silicone,molybdenum disulfide and silicone compound molybdenum disulfide)on the mechanical properties and scratch resistance of PP composites were studied.The results show that five kinds of scratch resistant agents can improve the scratch resistance of PP,among which GC300 scratch resistant agent has better comprehensive performances than other types of scratch resistant agents,and is more suitable for glass fiber reinforced PP composites.
