妊娠糖尿病孕妇血栓前状态标志物检测的作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇血栓前状态标志物检测的临床作用。方法 选取52例妊娠糖尿病孕妇作为观察组,另选取同期52例健康孕妇作为对照组,对两组孕妇进行血栓前状态标志物检测,对比两组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、血栓前状态标志物。结果 观察组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间分别为(10.19±1.72)、(14.73±1.31)、(25.01±2.11)s,均短于对照组的(13.01±1.73)、(17.01±1.78)、(35.75±5.01)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组组织型纤溶酶原激活物水平低于对照组, C反应蛋白、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原、血管性血友病因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠糖尿病孕妇进行血栓前状态标志物检测具有较高的临床应用价值,能反映其纤溶系统、凝血功能及血管内皮细胞功能,可对预防血栓形成提供科学依据。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of detection of prethrombotic state markers in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 52 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected as the observation group,and 52 healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.Pre-thrombotic state markers were tested in both groups,and the prothrombin time,thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and prethrombotic state markers were compared between the two groups.Results The prothrombin time,thrombin time,and activated partial thromboplastin time of the observation group were(10.19±1.72),(14.73±1.31),(25.01±2.11)s,respectively,which were shorter than(13.01±1.73),(17.01±1.78),(35.75±5.01)s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tissue plasminogen activator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and C-reactive protein,platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen,and von willebrand factor were higher than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prethrombotic state markers has high clinical value in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,and it can reflect their fibrinolysis system,coagulation function and vascular endothelial cell function,and provide scientific basis for the prevention of thrombosis.
