美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 观察美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法 80例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者实施常规性治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床各项指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)],临床疗效,不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的LVEDD(50.7±6.3)mm、LVESD(31.7±5.3)mm、HR(76.7±9.3)次/min、DBP(74.2±8.6)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、SBP(112.2±12.6)mm Hg明显低于对照组的(56.7±7.7)mm、(36.4±5.9)mm、(84.4±11.9)次/min、(84.7±9.9)mm Hg、(124.6±13.7)mm Hg, LVEF(50.6±7.4)%明显高于对照组的(45.6±6.7)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率95.0%高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率12.5%低于对照组的32.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪对冠心病心力衰竭患者进行治疗,具有良好的临床效果,能有效改善患者的心功能和血压,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine and metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LVEDD(50.7±6.3)mm,LVESD(31.7±5.3)mm,HR(76.7±9.3)beats/min,DBP(74.2±8.6)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),SBP(112.2±12.6)mm Hg in the observation group were significantly lower than(56.7±7.7)mm,(36.4±5.9)mm,(84.4±11.9)beats/min,(84.7±9.9)mm Hg,(124.6±13.7)mm Hg in the control group,and LVEF(50.6±7.4)%was significantly higher than(45.6±6.7)%in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 77.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.5%,which was lower than 32.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,and it can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function and blood pressure,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
