摘　　要：目的 分析鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的效果。方法 50例鼻息肉病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组患者采取鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、治疗效果、术后复发率及手术前后生活质量评分。结果 观察组术中出血量(86.21±11.01)ml少于对照组的(139.45±21.45)ml,手术时间(38.21±6.01)min、术后住院时间(6.21±1.01)d短于对照组的(54.24±6.55)min、(8.24±1.11)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后复发率为0(0/25),低于对照组的28.00%(7/25),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组生理机能、躯体疼痛、角色生理、心理健康状况、社会机能、角色心理状况、活力、主观健康状况评分均较本组术前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素对鼻息肉病的治疗效果确切,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和术后住院时间,降低术后鼻息肉复发率,并提高患者的生存质量,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 50 patients with nasal polyposis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopy and glucocorticoids.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,therapeutic effect,postoperative recurrence rate,and quality of life scores before and after operation.Results The intraoperative blood loss(86.21±11.01)ml of the observation group was less than(139.45±21.45)ml of the control group,and the operation time(38.21±6.01)min and postoperative hospitalization time(6.21±1.01)d were shorter than(54.24±6.55)min and(8.24±1.11)d of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 92.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 64.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group was 0(0/25),which was lower than 28.00%(7/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the scores of physiological function,somatic pain,role physiology,mental health status,social function,role psychological status,vitality,and subjective health status in both groups were higher than before surgery in this group,and the observation group was higher than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of nasal endoscopy and glucocorticoid has definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of nasal polyposis,and it can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time and postoperative hospitalization time,reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative nasal polyps,and improve the quality of life of patien
