浅谈高压球阀外漏原因分析及处理

摘  要:针对一款600MW机组锅炉高压球阀频繁出现外漏的问题,通过对高压球阀结构特点分析,结合管路布置特点,对高压球阀外漏原因进行分析,发现锅炉冷热态热膨胀及不合理的管路布置引起的球阀出口侧法兰螺栓受力不均、法兰钢制密封垫错位是导致球阀外漏的主要原因。通过在球阀出口侧法兰增加一道柔性密封,并对管路布置进行优化,有效解决了球阀外漏的问题。另外,选用单片式阀体球阀也能避免同类故障发生。The high-pressure ball valve of 600 MW Unit Boiler in Yuanbaoshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has frequent leakage defects.Through the analysis of high-pressure ball valve structure characteristics,the cause of leakage of high-pressure ball valve is analyzed combined with pipeline layout characteristics.It is found that the uneven force of the flange bolts on the outlet side of the ball valve caused by the hot and cold thermal expansion of the boiler and the unreasonable piping arrangement,and the dislocation of the flange steel gasket are the main reasons for the leakage of the ball valve.By adding a flexible seal to the outlet flange of the ball valve and optimizing the pipeline layout,the leakage phenomenon of the ball valve can be eliminated.In addition,the ball valve with a single valve body structure can also avoid similar problems.
