摘  要:[目的]比较三种方法治疗青少年单纯中期足嵌甲症的临床效果。[方法] 150例青少年单纯中期足嵌甲症患者随机分为三组,50例行浸泡填塞治疗(浸泡填塞组),50例行矫正贴治疗(矫正贴组),50例行前两种方法复合治疗(复合组)。比较三组临床效果。[结果]三种治疗均显著减轻患者的局部疼痛、红肿程度和甲沟处渗出(P<0.05),复合组VAS评分、局部红肿和渗出评分显著优于矫正贴组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,复合组的临床效果评级显著优于矫正贴组和浸泡填塞组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用75%酒精浸泡湿敷甲下辅料填塞联合嵌甲矫正贴治疗青少年单纯中期嵌甲症的临床效果最优。[Objective] To compare the clinical outcomes of three therapies for simple mid-stage ingrown toenails in adolescents.[Method] A total of 150 adolescent patients with simple mid-stage ingrown toenails were randomly divided into three groups. Of them, 50 patients were treated with 75% alcohol immersion and tamponade, 50 patients received corrective patch, and 50 patients underwent combined therapy of abovesaid two methods. The clinical outcomes were compared among the three groups. [Results] All the three therapies significantly reduced local pain, redness and swelling and nail sulcus exudation(P<0.05). The combined group was significantly better than the correction patch group in VAS score, local redness and swelling and exudation grades(P<0.05). At 2 months after treatment, the combined group proved significantly superior to the other two groups in term of grades of clinical outcome(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The 75% alcohol immersion and tamponade combined with correction patch achieve the best clinical outcomes for simple mid-stage ingrown toenails in adolescents.
