摘　　要：目的分析改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术(HUPPP)对最低血氧和睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)的影响。方法选定本院2019年1月至2020年5月住院治疗的80例OSAHS(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征)患者,根据"随机数字表法"分组,参照组40例患者采纳保守治疗,观察组40例患者采纳HUPPP治疗,比较两组临床疗效、最低血氧、AHI。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于参照组(75.00%),观察组术后1月、3月、6月、12月最低血氧均高于参照组,观察组术后1月、3月、6月、12月AHI均低于参照组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HUPPP手术治疗OSAHS临床疗效确切,可有效降低AHI,提高血氧指数。Objective To analyze the effect of modified uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(huppp)on the lowest blood oxygen and sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI).Methods 80 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the"random number table method".40 patients in the reference group were treated with conservative treatment,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with huppp.The clinical efficacy,lowest blood oxygen and AHI of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(75.00%),the lowest blood oxygen of the observation group at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation was higher than that of the reference group,the AHI of the observation group at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huppp is effective in the treatment of OSAHS,which can effectively reduce AHI and improve blood oxygen index.
