广西武鸣地区壮族人群变应性鼻炎患者的变应原分析

摘　　要：目的通过对南宁市武鸣区壮族人群中变应性鼻炎患者行血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测(胶体金法)并分析筛查出本地区常见变应原,为少数民族地区防治变应原鼻炎提供统计学依据。方法对2019年9月至2020年9月期间到南宁市武鸣区妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科诊治的700例壮族变应性鼻炎患者行血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测(胶体金法),查找变应原并进行统计学分析。结果在所有检测患者结果中有638例(91.14%)变应原测试有阳性反应(血清检测有一种阳性即纳入阳性),在阳性患者中,变应原阳性率前三位依次为粉/户尘螨611例(95.77%)、杨/柳/榆树花粉121例(18.97%)、鸡蛋44(6.90%)。结论在广西武鸣地区壮族人群中,变应性鼻炎患者中的主要变应原为粉/户尘螨、杨/柳/榆树花粉、鸡蛋,应作为武鸣地区变应性鼻炎防治重点。Objective Serumallergen-specific Ige antibody(colloidal gold method)was used to detect and screen common allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in Zhuang People Wuming District,Nanning,to provide statistical basis for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis in minority areas.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,700 patients with allergic rhinitis in Zhuang people were examined by serum IgE antibody(colloidalgold method),look for allergens and do statistical analysis.Results Of all the patients tested,638(91.14%)tested positive for allergens(one positive for serological testing is included),and among the positive patients,the top three allergen positive rates were 611 cases(95.77%)of dermatophagoides FARINAE,121 cases(18.97%)of poplar/willow/elm pollen and 44 cases(6.90%)of egg.Conclusion The main allergensin patients with allergic rhinitis in Zhuang people,Wuming District,Guangxi were dust mite,willow elm pollen and egg,which should be thefocus of prevention and treatment in Wuming District area.
