单人双手操作电子纤维喉镜下咽部异物取出术在耳鼻咽喉科急诊中应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊条件下单人操作电子纤维喉镜取下咽部异物技巧及方法。方法总结本人自2016年1月至2020年8期间急诊单人值班638例下咽部异物患者使用单人双手操作电子纤维喉镜技术的方法与技巧。结果单人双手操作电子纤维喉镜下咽部异物取出术总有效率97.96%,无效率2.04%。结论单人双手操作电子纤维喉镜下咽部异物取出技术具有单人操作、直视、及时缓解患者痛苦的特点,在基层医院耳鼻咽喉科急诊有显著推广价值。Objective To study the emergency treatment under the condition of single electron fiber laryngoscope operation to remove pharyngeal foreign body techniques and methods.Methods Himself during January 2016 to August 2020 single duty of 638 patients with pharyngeal foreign body under the emergency use one man both hands operation and the method of electronic fiber laryngoscope technology skills.Results One man both hands operation electronic pharyngeal foreign bodies under the fiber laryngoscope to total effective rate 97.96%,without efficiency is 2.04%.Conclusion One man both hands operation electronic pharyngeal foreign bodies under the fiber laryngoscope technology has a single operation,direct,timely relieve patients’ pain,the characteristics of the basic-level hospital otolaryngology department emergency has significant value.
